All berries are tops in antioxidants, but blueberries, especially wild ones, are at the very top.  Add them to fruit salads, sundaes, muffins, and pancakes. 

Blueberries are a major source of unique nutrients that can help eyesight, fight illness including heart disease, help one avoid  cancer, and according to research done at the University of Reading in Pennsylvania, can even help reverse age related memory loss.  According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), blueberries have the highest antioxidant activity of 40 common fruits and veggies.  P.S.: They taste great too.
