All About Sweet Potatoes

This tasty veggie has a phenomenal nutritional punch.  In addition to fiber, a serving contains well over your daily need for vitamin A; it is high in vitamin C, potassium, B6, and many other nutrients, while lower in carbohydrates than regular potatoes.  According to medical research, it would appear they are good for healthy skin, weight loss, help lower cholesterol and fight cancer.  There are so many ways they can be included in your diet.  They are low in price, compared to many foods.  Versatile, they can be used in baked goods, stews, side dishes, and even pies.  They can be boiled, baked or even fried.  Here's some recipes:
