During rationing in WWII, sugary and buttery treats were in short supply.  Two of my favorites were white bread with light molasses dribbled over it, with milk, and toast with honey-butter.  The butter was surely oleo, but the honey was real.  Watkins has a glorious version, to use on toast, waffles, pancakes and more: Vanilla Honey Butter.

I've had several requests for candied ginger other than Candied Chopped Ginger in Syrup.  Many people, however, like candied slices for garnish or just to munch upon.  I had a link, but it went dead.  Here's some more for Crystallized Ginger.

Here's a variation on a favorite holiday treat, contributed by Cheryl Shoemaker:  Cranberry- Orange Relish with a Twist.
