The Weedy Lady has a great newsletter with advice, links to recipes, and primarily, links to her free greeting cards to fit the season! For the latest in health and diet news, subscribe to the Mayo Clinic newsletter, Housecall. Gourmet Connection has a great newsletter with hints, recipe links and more. Not all the recipes are low fat, low in sugar or otherwise super-healthy, but most of them are, and they're all guaranteed delicious. Family First; a weekly newsletter featuring essential web stuff for the whole family. BBQ.com has an excellent newsletter with tips about grilling and barbecuing. Sign up right on the front page of their site. The Practical Kitchen offers a newsletter with links to new sections of their site. Very good recipes here, and healthy, too. Recipe Du Jour features a daily recipe, (usually one that meets the health and nutrition criteria), words to a song (remember when?), two or three short articles about life and food, and more. Very well written and interesting. Alicia's Kitchen's newsletter is a recipe exchange; each newsletter, about twice a week, features dozens of recipes. You can post a request for that old family favorite recipe you have lost track of; chances are another reader will come through with it. E-zine Does It, Cynthia Macgregor's newsletter, is great for those who like puns, riddles, word puzzles and other twists and turns which we "word nerds" enjoy, as well as news and info on her books. A bonus; each issue has one of her truly delicious recipes! She describes her newsletter: "Many interesting pieces of reading in the eclectic EZine, published weekly, it contains everything from reminiscences to recipes, from humor to advice to wordplay, and lots more.
