Here's another suggestion from the Sneaky Kitchen. If you are trying to control fatty and/or fiberless snacks, print this list and tape it to the refrigerator door. Make sure you have all the raw ingredients on hand. When the munchies take over, the choices will be right in your face, reminding you of what you oughta be eating!
