- Drink plenty of clean water.
- Eat breakfast like a king; lunch like a prince;
dinner like a beggar.
- Eat more foods that grow ON trees and plants, and
less foods that a manufactured IN plants.
- Live with the 3 E's: Energy, Enthusiasm, and
- Make time to pray or meditate.
- Play more games.
- Read more books than you did last year.
- Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes every day.
- Sleep at least 7 hours each night, and not more than
- Take a 10 to 20 minute walk each day. And while
you walk, smile.
