Caring Online's motto is "To Bring Hope and To Save Futures and Lives ".  It provides a wide collection of links to treatment centers, books, and so on for eating disorders.  Give it a look if you know anyone, or you yourself, have any type of eating problem.

Personally I think everyone should take vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals.  Although the most valuable ones are usually those found in healthy foods, there usually just isn't enough of all nutrients in an average diet. I don't recommend supplement regimens on my own because there are so many possible contra-indications, allergies, and personal factors and requirements.  But here's a site that can help you decide which ones are right (or wrong) for you:    At the Vitamins and Nutrition Center you can find unbiased information about vitamins and nutrition, including research on vitamins, articles on vitamins and common vitamin profiles.
