Bacon & Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

24 whole snow cap mushrooms
Original Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp./ 30 mL Bacon & Cheddar Snack & Dip Seasoning
8 oz/ 227 g cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp./ 30 mL finely chopped chives
    (or onion or green onion)

Preheat oven to 350F/ 180C. Remove stems from mushrooms & save for later use. Brush caps with oil. Stir seasoning into cream cheese; fill opening where stems were removed with mixture. If using onion instead of chives, sprinkle evenly on each  mushroom. Bake on cookie sheet at 350F/ 180C for 10 to 15 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle with chives or finely chopped green onion tops.
