A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
4 bananas, fully ripe but not soft
Peel bananas and slice in half lengthwise. Place in a
non-stick or well buttered baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients
and pour over bananas. Broil a minute or two, until sauce bubbles.
2 Tbsp. melted butter or non-hydrogenated margarine
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy or liqueur
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Serve with sour cream on the side.
