A Watkins recipe at the Sneaky Kitchen

1 Tablespoon/15 mL Original Grapeseed Oil
1-1/2 teaspoon/7.5 Garlic Liquid Spice
3/4 cup/180 mL chopped onion
1 can (28 oz/798 g) crushed tomatoes
1 Tablespoon/15 mL Basil Liquid Spice
1 teaspoon/5 mL sugar
1 teaspoon/5 mL Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon/1.2 mL freshly ground Sea Salt

Sauté onion in grapeseed oil and Garlic Liquid Spice until tender.  Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook 15 minutes over medium heat.  Serve over hot cooked pasta and sprinkle with Romano Pasta Topper.
