Breakfast Quickie
A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen

1 rounded tsp. sugar (or equiv. substitute)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
small pinch on nutmeg (optional)
2 Tbsp. ground or finely chopped walnuts
1 cup yogurt, fat-free or regular
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 banana
1 med. red apple

Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts.  Stir into the yogurt with the vanilla.  Thinly slice a medium banana, add and stir.  Peel, core and chop or thinly slice the apple, and stir into the yogurt mix.  Enjoy!

Note:  you may use a Granny Smith or other sour apple, but you might wish to increase the sweetener.
