Busy Day Lasagna
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
8-oz. box of lasagna noodles
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. jar or can of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 lb. carton small-curd cottage or ricotta cheese
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan

Place olive oil in heavy skillet. Add ground beef & sauté, stirring & breaking it up, until lightly browned. Drain fat. Stir in Italian Seasoning, garlic powder & spaghetti sauce.

Smear thin layer of meat/spaghetti sauce in bottom of lg. Rock 'n Serve, Vent 'n Serve, or Stack Cooker. Add a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, breaking to cover bottom. Smear half cottage/ricotta cheese on noodles; add half of remaining spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese & with Parmesan. Add another layer of noodles, the rest of cottage cheese & rest of sauce. Cover & microwave on high for 15 min. Remove & sprinkle with rest of the mozzarella & more grated Parmesan. Cover & microwave for 3 min. more. Let sit for 5 min. before serving.
