Butternut Squash Puree
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
3 lb. butternut squash, peeled & cut into 1" cubes     (about 5 - 6 cups)
1 tsp. Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend
1/4 C. maple syrup
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
salt & pepper to taste

Fill the Tupperware SmartSteamer water tray with 1 3/4 C. water. Place squash cubes in Steamer base. Sprinkle squash with Seasoning Blend, salt & pepper. Cook for 15-20 min. on high power or until squash is tender when pierced with a fork.

Measure maple syrup in a 2-cup Micro Pitcher & add butter. Microwave1 min. Stir to melt butter completely & combine. Place half the squash in a Quick Chef fitted with blade attachment. Add half the maple syrup & butter & mix until squash is very smooth. Place in serving container; repeat with remaining squash/butter. Stir to combine; add  salt & pepper to taste if needed.  Serve warm.
