Cheesy Cauliflower #2
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen

Whole head of cauliflower -leaves & hard part of core removed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Rinse cauliflower & pierce stem (core) with a sharp knife, leaving the head whole. Microwave on HIGH in the 3 Qt. Tupperwave (or Oval Cooker, but doesn't work as well) using the cover as the base & the casserole as the cover. Cooking time is 6 min. per pound. Let stand an additional 2 min. to allow for "standing time".

Uncover, drain condensed moisture. Combine mayonnaise & mustard & spread over the entire head. Pat the grated cheese over the mixture. Cover & return to microwave for 30-40 seconds. Remove, slice & serve!
