Cheesy Cauliflower #3
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
1 head of cauliflower
1 pkg grated cheddar cheese (2 C. - mild, med. or sharp)
2-3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Remove outer greenery of cauliflower & cut off about half of the stalk. With the knife, punch a couple holes in the stalk to allow air to enter.  Place in a Tupperwave stack cooker, invert so the stalk is up. Cover & microwave for approx. 8 min. on high.

In a dish, mix mayonnaise & mustard; with spatula or spoon coat cauliflower with this mixture. Sprinkle cheese over glazed cauliflower & cook for approx. 2 min. or until the cheese is melted. Cut cauliflower off the stalk, season with salt & pepper & mix it up. If needed, microwave another 30 sec. to 1 min. to completely melt cheese & make more gooey.
