|Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
4 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 C. butter, softened
1 1/4 C. sugar
1 1/4 C. brown sugar, firmly packed
12 oz. chopped chocolate (or 12 oz. chocolate chips)
Sea Salt (optional)
oven to 375° F. Combine flour, baking powder & baking soda in
medium bowl; set aside.
Combine butter, sugar & brown sugar in a lg.
bowl. Beat at med. speed, scraping bowl often, until
creamy. Add eggs & vanilla. Continue beating, scraping
bowl, until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chunks (or chips).
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2"
apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 min. or
until golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt while till warm. Makes 3 1/2 dz.
