Chocolate Almond Pudding Dip

1/4 Cup Chocolate Dessert Mix
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. water
1 C. skim milk
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Combine dessert mix, sugar, water & milk in a med. saucepan; mix well. Cook over med. heat, stirring often, until pudding begins to boil & thicken. Pour into bowl; let cool slightly; stir in sour cream along with extracts; mix well. Cover surface with plastic wrap & refrigerate 4 hrs. or overnight. Serve with graham crackers or fruit.
