Chocolate Trifle
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
1 (18.25 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
Eggs, oil, &
water according to cake mix
1 (2.8 oz.) pkg. chocolate mousse mix; milk as per directions
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup toffee bits
cooking spray

Place eggs, water & oil in Quick Chef with paddle attachment. Add cake mix & blend until well mixed. Spray 8 ¼-C. Heat 'N  Serve™ Oval Container with cooking spray. Pour cake batter into container. Microwave on high power 8-10 min. until cake is slightly moist on top & toothpick tests clean when inserted into cake. Cool on a wire rack 5-10 min.; turn out onto a rack & cool completely.

While cake is cooling, clean Quick Chef. Place milk & mousse mix in Quick Chef with paddle attachment; blend until whipped & light in color. Remove mousse to a small 6-Cup Wonderlier® Bowl. Clean Quick Chef. Place whipping cream in Quick Chef & whip until it forms stiff peaks. Do not over-whip. Remove 1 C. cream for top of trifle; set aside. Reserve 2 Tbsp. toffee bits for top of trifle garnish.

Cut cake into cubes & place on bottom of Ice Prism™ Large Bowl. Cover with a layer of prepared cream & sprinkle toffee bits over cream. Continue to layer cake cubes, cream & toffee bits, ending with final cake layer. Top with reserved cream &  toffee bits. Cover with seal & chill well before serving.
