Cornish Game Hens with Rosemary Marinade
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen

2 Cornish game hens
salt
pepper
Rosemary Marinade  (see at bottom)

Rinse & dry game hens. Rub cavities with salt & pepper. Place in a Season-Serve Container. Cover with Rosemary Marinade & put in refrigerator for 4 hrs., turning over frequently.

Remove hens from Season-Serve. Place half of rosemary inside cavity of each hen; discard marinade. Place hens in a 3-quart Oval Casserole with breasts down & legs toward center. Cook uncovered in microwave on high for 9 min. Turn hens over & cover points of wings & drumsticks with aluminum foil. Continue to microwave on high for 9 to 11 min. more, until juices run clear.  Put in a 450 pre-heated oven for 10 to 12 min., until skin of hens turns golden brown.  Remove from oven & leave set for 5 min. 

Rosemary Marinade
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
1 or 2 sprigs of rosemary

Combine all ingredients in the Quick Shake Container.  Use to marinate poultry, beef or pork.  Serves 2
