Fines Herbes
A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen

1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 Tablespoon dried basil
1 Tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon dried grated lemon peel
a pinch of rubbed sage

Mix herbs and lemon peel.  Store in an airtight jar.  Keep in a cool, dry and preferably dark place (not over the stove, please!).
