Ham Steak with Lemon
A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
2 slices fully cooked ham (1/2-inch thick)
1 lemon, halved
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Broil ham slices 5 inches from the heat for 5 min. Meanwhile, slice 1 lemon half; set aside. Grate peel from ther half & squeeze 1 Tbsp. lemon juice into a bowl. Add peel, brown sugar, & mustard to juice. 

Turn ham over; brush with lemon mixture. Top with lemon slices. Broil 3 to 4 min. more or until ham is heated through.
