Herbed Turkey
A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
1/4 cup/60 mL Original Grapeseed Oil
2 tbsp/30 mL Organic Garlic Powder
2 tsp/10 mL Organic Basil
1 tsp/5 mL Organic Sage
1 tsp/5 mL salt
1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Organic Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375F/ 190. Clean turkey (discard giblets & organs) & place in a roasting pan.

Combine oil, garlic powder, basil, sage, salt & pepper. With a basting brush apply mixture to turkey.  Bake for 2 to 2 hrs or until internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh measures 160F/ 71C. Remove from oven & allow to stand for about 30 min.; internal temperature will rise.
