Herbed Breadsticks
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
2 teaspoons dry active yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1-1/2 cups cold water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoons sesame seed oil
4 cups of unbleached flour
Garnishes: sesame seeds, kosher salt, or dried parsley, basil, or  cilantro

Measure ingredients with Tupperware® Measuring Spoons & Measuring Cups. Place warm water & yeast in the Quick Shake Container & let soften for 10 min. Add cold water & oils & shake to mix.

Measure flour into a Thatsa Bowl Jr. & slowly mix in the liquid ingredients. Turn dough out onto a floured Tupperware® Simply Perfect Pastry Sheet. Knead well, adding more flour as needed, until dough is elastic & soft. Divide into 2 parts. Press each part into a rectangle approximately 14" x 6".  Leave to rise for 1 hr. Sprinkle on garnishes as desired.

Cut into 24 6" strips. Lift & pull each strip out to 12" & lay on an oiled baking sheet, about 1/2 " apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F° for 18 to 20 min. until breadsticks are golden. Store (or give as a gift) in the Spaghetti Dispenser, for up to 2 days.
