Jerk Chicken Pizza

1 pkg (7-oz/198 g) Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Mix
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into very thin strips
1-1/2 Tbsp./25 mL Caribbean Spice Rub
1 Tbsp./15 mL Grapeseed Oil
1 C./250 ML sliced Shiitake mushrooms
1/2 C./125 mL sliced onion
1/3 C./80 mL tomato sauce
3 Tbsp./45 mL Tropical Salsa
1/2 C./125 mL shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C./125 mL shredded Provolone or smoked mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450 F/235 CPrepare pizza crust according to pkg directions.  Meanwhile, toss chicken strips with spice rub; sauté in oil until done.  Remove chicken from pan & sauté mushrooms for 1 min. in pan drippings; set aside.  Combine tomato sauce & Tropical Salsa. Spread this mixture on top of prepared crust. Top with chicken, mushrooms & cheeses. Bake for 12 to 14 min. or until crust & cheese are golden brown.  Makes 6 servings.
