Lemon Lovers' Cake

1 pkg. Betty Crocker Sweet Rewards white or yellow cake mix
1/2 C. concentrated frozen lemonade mix
1 cup water
3 egg whites (1/2 cup)
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease & flour a Bundt pan or 9" x 13" cake pan.

In lg. bowl combine cake mix, lemonade mixed with water, egg whites & lemon zest. For a Lemon Poppy Seed Cake, add poppy seeds.    Beat on low speed for 1 min., scraping bowl often, then beat on med. for 1 min. more. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 30 to 45 min. depending on pan size. Cool & frost with lemon glaze made with powdered sugar & just enough freshly squeezed lemon juice to make a glaze.
