Mache Salad with Walnut Balsamic Vinaigrette 
A Tupperware recipe, at the sneaky kitchen
3 tbsp. walnut oil
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. freshly ground white pepper

4-5 cups Mache lettuce or baby spring mix (if Mache not available)
In the bottom of an Ice Prisms™ Large Serving Bowl, gently mix together walnut oil, vinegar, salt & white pepper. Add salad mix but do not toss. Just before serving, gently toss to coat salad with vinaigrette. Serve immediately.

Mache has a slightly nutty flavor that is complemented by walnut oil. Once opened, store walnut oil in the refrigerator & use within 6 months.
