|Microwave German Chocolate Cake
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
Chocolate cake mix (follow directions for an extra-moist
cake, usually using pudding mix)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 C. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 12-oz. bag chocolate chips
Soften cream cheese
& mix in sugar, vanilla & egg.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Prepare the cake batter. Spread about half the cake
batter in 3/4 Qt. Tupperware casserole. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly
over batter. Pour remaining cake batter into the casserole.
Cook uncovered in microwave 15 min. The cake must
rotate while cooking; do it manually if the microwave doesn't have a turntable.
Watch closely so cake will cook evenly.
Let cool 5 - 10 min. Flip cake onto plate. Frost with
any icing you prefer.
