|Orange Cranberry Sauce with Apricots
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
1/2 C. dried apricots
16 oz. bag cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 orange, zested and juiced
3/4 C. sugar
Place apricots in a Chop 'N
Prep Chef. Replace cover & pull the cord several times until
apricots are chopped in coarse pieces. Place apricots & cranberries in a
Tupperware Stack Cooker 3-Qt. Casserole. Stir in orange zest, juice & sugar. Cover &
microwave on High for 15 to 20 min. Stir, & place in a serving
container. Serve warm or cold.
Note: for a 12 oz. bag of cranberries, reduce
sugar to 1/2 C. + 1 Tbsp. & apricots to 1/3 C.
