A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
1/4 of the Darned Good Chicken recipe
1/4 of the Spinach Artichoke Casserole recipe
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 4-oz. can of mushrooms, drained
pasta  for 2 (bow tie, spaghetti, or any other kind of pasta)
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream

Cook pasta according to package instructions.  While you're cooking the pasta, heat through the leftovers, tomato sauce and mushrooms.  When pasta is done, stir the sour cream into the chicken mixture.  Combine with pasta.
