Peanut Butter No-Bake Brownies
1 C. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1/2 C. (1 stick) margarine (regular, not soft)
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate frosting

Melt margarine.  Place margarine, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat until well combined.  Line a bacon keeper, cold cut keeper, or similar shallow container with waxed paper.  Press brownies evenly into container.  Frost with chocolate frosting.  Seal & chill in refrigerator for several hours until solid.  Cut into squares.  Keep refrigerated for best consistency.
