Peanut Butter Microwave Brownies
1 C. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1/2 C. (1 stick) margarine (regular, not soft)
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Place margarine, peanut butter & sugar in microwave-proof container; microwave about 1 1/2 min. Add vanilla & beat until well combined. Line a bacon keeper, cold cut keeper, or similar shallow container with waxed paper. Let brownie mixture cool slightly; while still very warm, press evenly into container. 

In another microwave container, heat chocolate chips until barely melted. DO NOT OVERHEAT!  Spread over brownies.  Seal & chill in refrigerator for several hours until solid.  Cut into squares.  Keep refrigerated for firm consistency.
