Microwave Pumpkin Pecan Cake
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
1 box butter pecan cake mix
29 oz. can of pumpkin
3 eggs

Remove & freeze 3/4 C. of pumpkin for later use. Mix all ingredients & pour into the 3 Qt. Stack Cooker with cone, which has been sprayed with veggie oil spray. Cover- microwave on high for 13-14 min.

Let stand for 5 min. & turn out onto serving plate. Cool & glaze with favorite reduced-fat or Neufchatel cream cheese glaze or top with lite cool whip. Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans.
