1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Mix ingredients in
Quick Shake Container. Pour onto a greased pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 10 Minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings. Bake at 400° for 6-8 Minutes - or until done.
This can be a much healthier choice than take-out, and far more economical.
First there's less crust, a thin pancake like a crepe or blintz.
Second, you can control the toppings; use low fat or fat free cheese, veggies
and so on, to taste. Personally, after the first baking of the crust I
spray the top of it with cooking spray, to help avoid sogginess
when applying the toppings.
