Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix
A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
1 C. sugar or equivalent dry sugar substitute
2 C. dry non-fat milk, or 1 16 oz. box
2/3 C. cocoa powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. dried ginger

Combine ingredients in a food processor & pulse until completely fine & combined. (or use a blender or sifter.)  Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool place.

To use, add to heaping Tbsp. to a cup of very hot water & stir. Stir from time to time while drinking to avoid having the ingredients settle.

As a treat, add a few miniature marshmallows or a dollop of whipped topping.

If you MUST have it creamier, add a Tbsp. coffee creamer, but it's not good for you!
