Spiced Mocha
A recipe from Sneaky Kitchen
1 cup milk (OR  1/2 cup milk & 1/2 cup leftover coffee)
1 teaspoon instant coffee (if you used all milk)
1 large pinch of pumpkin pie spice
2 rounded tsp powdered chocolate such as Nestle's
                or a good squirt of chocolate syrup
sugar to taste if required

Add pumpkin pie spice to milk or milk & coffee. Heat in the microwave until piping hot. Add instant coffee (if called for) & chocolate. Taste & sweeten if needed.

Note: if you have some leftover espresso or Cuban coffee, use all milk & add some of the coffee to taste after it's heated.
