Spiced Tea
A Recipe from Sneaky Kitchen  
4 tea bags (black or blended tea)
5 tea bags (green tea)
2-1/2 cups water
1-1/3 cups sugar
8 oz frozen orange juice concentrate or 1 quart orange juice
8 oz lemon or lime juice ( about 5 to 6  lemons), including pulp if desired
2 heaping teaspoons of cider brew (spices for making spiced cider),    OR:
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise seed with its pod
Bring water to a boil, add tea & spices.  Reduce heat as low as possible & simmer for 10 minutes.  Strain & squeeze out tea bags. Add sugar & fruit juices; stir until completely dissolved.  Pour into gallon container or divide into 2  two-qt. pitchers; add water to make one gallon. Serve over ice.
