Strawberry Mousse
A Tupperware recipe, at the Sneaky Kitchen
1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed & hulled
1 pkg. (6 oz.) white chocolate baking pieces
2 Tablespoons milk
1 12-oz. container extra-creamy frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 or 2 drops red food coloring, optional
Mint sprigs for garnish, optional

Reserve some small berries for garnish.  Coarsely chop remaining berries & set aside.

In Tupperwave Microwave Cooker, place baking pieces & milk. Microwave on Med-High (70% power) 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 min. until beginning to melt. Using an E-Series Whisk, stir well to combine. Let cool slightly; add chopped strawberries & mix well.

If desired, reserve about 1/2 C. whipped topping for garnish. Using a Double-Sided Spatula, fold remaining topping, & if desired, food coloring into strawberry mixture.

Divide mixture evenly into Impressions Dessert Cups. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish each with a Tbsp. of  reserved whipped topping, a berry & a mint sprig.  Makes 4 servings.
