Southwestern Chicken Soup
A Tupperware recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
2 lb. boneless chicken, cubed
4 medium zucchini, cut in 1" cubes
2 cups whole kernel corn
1 large onion, chopped in 1" pieces
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 Tablespoons hot pepper sauce
2 cups chicken broth

In TupperWave Microwave Oval, cook chicken cubes 6 min. until all pink color has disappeared. Add all other ingredients, stir & microwave on high for 20 min., stirring twice. Let stand 10 min.

Alternate method: Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer on medium heat 1-1/2 hrs.
