A Recipe from Sneaky Kitchen
1 cup mayonnaise, reduced fat or fat free
1 small garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon finely chopped red pepper OR pimento
black pepper to taste
For those who like lemon on their
fish, you may add 1 Tblsp. lemon juice.
For red sauce, delicious for shrimp
& crab cakes, add 1/4 C. chili sauce.
Add a few drops of hot pepper sauce
for chili heads.
Some people like a few shakes of
Worcestershire Sauce added.
well. Improves if left in
refrigerator for an hr. before serving.
