Tasty Salmon Loaf
A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
16 oz. can salmon, undrained
3/4 - 1 cup bread crumbs
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. dry butter buds
3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Tabasco
1/4 cup parsley,  finely chopped

Preheat oven to 375 F. Mash salmon slightly in its juice. Mix all ingredients together and place in an oiled loaf pan. Bake for 40 - 50 min.  Let sit for 10 min. before cutting.  Serves 4.
