Grilled Garlic Tomatoes
A Recipe from Sneaky Kitchen

1/4 cup mayonnaise (low fat may be substituted)
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
Fresh ground pepper
2 large tomatoes, cored & halved
Olive oil or cooking spray
Paprika (optional)

Whisk together mayonnaise, garlic & lemon juice. Set aside. Preheat grill or broiler. Brush tomatoes with oil or spray generously with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt & grill or broil with cut side to flame.  Cover if grilling, & cook until hot & juicy, about 4 min. Transfer to serving plate. Spread with spoonful of garlicky mayonnaise & garnish with black pepper and/or a sprinkle of paprika.  Serve hot.
