non-stick cooking spray
1 10-count package burrito-size flour tortillas
garlic salt, seasoning salt & Cajun seasoning to taste

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.   

Stack 3 tortillas on top of each other & cut into 8 wedges. Arrange in a single layer on a sprayed cookie sheet. Spray wedges with a little cooking spray so the seasonings stick, then sprinkle with your choice. Bake until golden brown & crispy. Watch very closely after about 6 min.; once they start to brown they can go from golden to brown to black in the time it takes to say "drop the chalupa"! Repeat with remaining tortillas. After cooling completely, store in a covered, air-tight container.
