Many people consider blue food scary, and here's a healthy scare just in time for Halloween.  Your kids and friends will love it!


 

Blue Witch's Brew

2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen, thawed blueberries
1 1/4 cups apple juice
1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/4 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a blender whirl blueberries, apple juice, ice cream, milk and cinnamon until smooth.  Serve immediately.

Serves four.
