This
treat is refreshing, nutritious, full of energy and antioxidants, and uses up those
ripe bananas. Cut them up and freeze them in 1-banana portions (sandwich bags
inside a larger freezer bag work fine). It's a heck of a lot healthier
than soft drinks!
Blueberry Fool
1 banana, preferably frozen
a handful of blueberries, frozen or fresh
1 cup of milk reduced fat or skim milk (or soy milk)
Combine in a blender or with a hand blender. Enjoy!
