Here's a fast, easy and nutritious breakfast or snack. It has protein, vitamins, and calcium, and more.
1 rounded tsp. sugar (or equiv. substitute)
Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts. Stir into the yogurt with the vanilla. Thinly slice a medium banana, add and stir. Peel, core and chop or thinly slice the apple, and stir into the yogurt mix. Enjoy!
Note: you may use a Granny Smith or other sour apple, but you might wish to increase the sweetener.
