From Virginia Wiedemann:   "This mixed seasoning salt keeps 'forever', but adds so much flavor that you will probably use it on meats, fish, and poultry, including chicken, turkey, duck and other things with wings."

Chef's Salt

1 cup iodized salt
1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika (sweet, not hot)
1 Tbsp. garlic powder (or 1 Tbsp. garlic salt)

Mix well, and store in a jar with a tight-fitting plastic lid.
