Your family is going to want ice cream sometime, right?  (You wouldn't eat any, of course!)  You can even sneak nutrition into ice cream treats.  See this variation printed in Dessert du Jour's sweet daily newsletter.  Sprinkle a few blueberries and strawberry slices on top of each float for even more nutrition and a patriotic 4th of July treat!

3 cups strawberry ice cream -- divided
1 cup strawberries, sliced
2 small bananas -- sliced
1/4 cup orange juice

Combine 1 cup milk, 1 cup strawberry ice cream, strawberries, and bananas in container of electric blender; process until mixture is smooth. Add remaining 1 cup milk and orange juice; process until smooth.
