"We all know that we should eat
more fish. Ah, but not just any kind of fish! Fish high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids
are the kind to eat! If this is too confusing, just think 'Salmon'." 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice Sprinkle salmon with freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice. Marinate for 30 minutes, basting them every 10 minutes. Sprinkle fish pieces with Chef's Salt, then spray pan and tops of salmon pieces lightly with olive oil spray. Grill or broil only until fish flakes when tested with a fork. You don't want them to dry out! Done! Serves 4.
