This popcorn treat is easier and faster than caramel popcorn and mighty tasty. The original was printed in the Miami Herald just in time for Halloween and the football season. Honeyed Popcorn and Peanuts 1 3 1/2-oz package low-fat microwave popcorn OR Prepare popcorn and place in a large bowl. Add peanuts and stir to mix. In a 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine butter, honey and cinnamon. Microwave on high until butter is melted (30 seconds to 1 minute). Drizzle butter mixture slowly over the popcorn, stirring with a large spoon. Taste and salt lightly if necessary. Serve immediately while still warm. If you make this treat ahead of time, you may warm it for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave.
