From Virginia Wiedemann: "Here's a hearty and tasty dip using ready-made tomato based chunky salsa. For lower fat tortilla chips, we prefer 'Garden of Eatin' brand."
1 lb. Velveeta Light
3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Cup chunky salsa
Tortilla chips, low-fat
Put salsa in a medium pan. Cut the Velveeta into small chunks and add to pan. Cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted. Add the chopped fresh cilantro and stir to mix.
Serve with your favorite healthy tortilla chips.
